The ARC Marion Foundation will enter stub on the inside of this chance drawing ticket to a drawing limited to 699 tickets. Drawing will commence at approximately 8:30 pm on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 2800 SE Maricamp Rd. Ocala, FL 34471
- Ticket holder need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by telephone or certified mail to the telephone number/ address given on the stub.
- Official drawing and ticket monitored by CPA firm Purvis Gray & Co.
- If said prize is not claimed by noon on July 1, 2012, a non-event drawing will be held by The ARC Marion Foundation President, monitored by CPA firm Purvis Gray & Co.
- In the event of any challenge or dispute of any nature whatsoever, the winner to be awarded said prize will be selected by The ARC Marion Foundation President or his/her designee, whose decision will be final and not subject to review.
- Must be 21 or over to purchase a ticket.
- Drawing will be held rain or shine.
- Said prize will be acquired by the ARC Marion Foundation from proceeds of this drawing and other donations made to the ARC Marion Foundation.
- The ARC Marion Foundation Board of Directors, ARC Marion Board of Directors, sponsors, employees and family members of each are eligible to win said prize.
- The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and dealer preparations.
